Come and join Mayer Knights as we partner with Nekton Sports Performance to stand out, excel, succeed, and be at your best. Spend a day growing your faith through devotions, preparing a strong body through agility, strength, and nutrition training, and competing in awesome games with a strong spirit. Built for grades 1-5; space is limited.
What to expect
Devotions
Start the day grounded — faith first.
Agility
Footwork, speed, and reactive drills.
Nutrition
What to fuel with before, during, and after sport.
Technique
Position fundamentals coached by Nekton pros.
Games
Put it all into play with team competitions.
What to bring
- Athletic clothing and indoor court shoes
- Water bottle (we'll refill)
